Land Securities Group plc is the largest commercial property development and investment company in the United Kingdom. In May 2017, Landsec became the leading owner-manager of outlet centres in the UK when it acquired Braintree Village (formerly known as Freeport, Braintree).
Braintree Village have initially approached Capture House to create a seasonal, promotional video back in 2019. Since this project, our relationship grew stronger and Capture House have now been involved in many videography and photography projects.
One of our recent projects with landsec group was a collaborative promotional videography and photography during which we have collaborated with influencer and stylist Ellis Ranson, who helped style the props used in our shots.. The images from this shoot will be used across the different outlet centres across the UK.
