New England Seafood is one of our returning customers and we've worked with them on a variety of shoots for multiple brands. This time, New England Seafood commissioned us to photograph their new range of Fish for Sainsbury's.
We have been asked to come up with a recipe for each fish and photograph it in a bright, fresh-looking setting. We worked closely with our chefs to come up with the perfect dishes for this shoot and made sure we had all ingredients needed for the shoot day to ensure the day runs smoothly.
We then used one of our sister companies as a location and their in-house chefs to prepare the dishes ready for photography.
